A library of guided yoga practices you can follow at your own pace, from home.
YogaFit Guided Recordings are designed for practitioners who want structure and depth without the pressure of live schedules. Each recording follows the YFA Method — integrating yoga asana, mindful movement, strength, mobility, and breath awareness — so you can practice with clarity and intention, wherever you are.
This is a 12-session guided recording series, designed as a beginner to intermediate YogaFit practice.
Each class is thoughtfully planned around a specific focus — such as mobility, hip opening, backbending, strength, balance, or recovery — so your body is trained evenly and safely.
Every session follows the same clear structure, helping you build familiarity, consistency, and confidence in your practice.
➥ Practice 3 days a week by following the recordings in sequence
➥ Or practice 6 days a week by repeating each session twice
You are not expected to rush through the series — the recordings are meant to be used flexibly, based on your time, energy, and needs.
