Class Format and Structure

• All classes are conducted live via Zoom.
• Classes are accessed through the YFA website.
• Each session lasts 60 minutes.
• Participants receive 12 live sessions per month, or 8 live sessions per month (for special batches such as the Handstand Batch), depending on the batch selected.
• Variations and modifications are provided to suit different fitness levels.
• Participants are added to the official YFA WhatsApp community where schedules, updates, and important announcements are shared.

Instructors and Batches

• Classes are conducted by Apurva and certified YFA instructors under YFA training standards.
• Instructors may vary depending on operational requirements and scheduling.
• If a scheduled instructor is unavailable on a particular day, another certified YFA instructor will conduct the class. The class will still take place as scheduled.
• YFA reserves the right to change instructors or adjust batch allocations when required.

Payments and Slot Confirmation

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Slots are limited and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• No slot is reserved without completed payment.

Class Cancellations and Backup

In rare situations where a live class cannot be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances, YFA may:

• Share a recorded session, or
• Arrange the class with another certified YFA instructor

All updates will be communicated through official YFA communication channels.

Missed Classes Policy

• No refunds, extensions, transfers, batch changes, or holds are permitted for missed classes.
• Recordings will be provided for a limited period for participants who miss a class so they may complete the session independently.
• Participants are responsible for completing missed sessions using the recording provided.

Registration Rules

• Registration closes one day before the new month begins.
• Zoom access links are available only through the YFA website.
• Participants must join at least 5 minutes before class time.
• No batch change, refund, hold request, or transfer is allowed after payment.
• Please register only if you are committed to attending regularly.

Communication and Support

• Participants must contact their batch assistant for schedule-related or class-related queries.
• For additional support, participants may reach out via WhatsApp and a YFA manager will assist.
• All official updates are shared through designated YFA communication channels only.

Acceptance of Terms

By making payment and registering for any YFA program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
