YFA workshops are theme-based, in-person practice sessions, each designed around a specific focus such as backbending, heart opening, arm balancing, pranayama, meditation, or mindful movement. Every workshop explores one theme in depth, allowing participants to slow down, ask questions, and experience the practice with real-time, hands-on guidance. These workshops are conducted across multiple cities in India and beyond, with past editions held in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi, Jaipur, and Chennai. New cities are added regularly as workshops are announced.
